Tooth looks to be broken what to do?

After visiting the dentist to get a filling I notice a front tooth close to the filling is beginning to crack, a chip off the tooth looks like its going fall off.

I noticed her getting annoyed when my gums started to bleed should I return to the same dentist ?

And can this tooth be repaired without too much expense?

Any advice would be appreciated

Tooth looks to be broken what to do?
I would go and see a different dentist, who has the right attitude.

You are paying her wages, and she gets annoyed if your gum bleeds!. I think she is in the wrong profession and you deserve a better service than that, after all it's not cheap.

I can't say whether the repair will be expensive, only a dentist can tell you that.
Reply:Could go to the dentist.
Reply:take out all of them
Reply:If you're comfortable in going back to that dentist, try another. Your concerns may be unfounded - but that's not the issue.
Reply:Go back and tell her you are not happy and ask to see someone else if you dont want her to do it.
Reply:Perhaps try a different dentist. You need to feel comfortable with your dentist.

Good Luck.
Reply:you should go to a dentist .he knows better what to do.
Reply:Problem with dentists is these days, none are really NHS so you end up paying for whatever treatment you have unless you are on benefits...getting annoyed cos your gums were bleeding...she should have advised you about that instead of getting annoyed....its not easy to get into another dentist either so get an emergency appt for her again and if she doesnt deal with you properly...complain...
Reply:When a Tooth looks to be broken the best way to do is to removed the teeth or replace it with another new artificial teeth
Reply:You aren't obligated to only one dentist, if you aren't comfortable with her then change, it's your health and money. Alot of peoples gums bleed, it could be a gum disease, neglet whatever, the point is she shouldn't of gotten angry at you for this. She should of been professional about your situation and told you what you can do to prevent this from happening. Usually it means you are not brushing your teeth 3 times a day. Get a stronger tooth brush and brush it 3 times a day. You will see more blood come out at first, but then slowly it will stop. I had this problem for a while and then i stopped procrastinating. Also you have a couple of choices as to what to do with the chipped tooth, file it down, replace the chipped area(recommended), leave it or get it pulled out. Go to another dentist that doesn't judge you on the condition of your teeth and will make you feel comfortable.
Reply:you dont have to go back and see the same one, but if possible you would be best to either stay with the same one or even just change within the practice, they have your notes and will know your dental history, but if you really dont want to go back its no big deal any new dentist could still deal with the prob without your notes.

what ever you decide your best to go back while the problem is small and can be fixed!!
Reply:It may be carries,A type of infective disease of tooth.I think Ur front tooth in infected in carries.I recommend u to go to the dentist and 'root canal' Ur tooth or pull it down.
Reply:They have many different dentists so find one that you are comfortable with and trust and have them check it out. If you aren't happy with the answer they give you then try a second opinion. Always go with your gut instinct when seeing any doctor--it's normally right.
Reply:go back to the same dentist and tell him of te situation, if it is something he might have accidently done tey should not charge you anything. if it was something that was already happening then he will be able to give a proper price, The price all depends on what material is used, how many surfaces it has to cover, and if a filling can properly fix it.
Reply:No... If You Don't Feel Confident With Your Dentist Find One You Like And They Like You,

Don't Forget You Are Paying Them To Look After You, And It Never Hurts Anyone To Be Polite And Caring Towards Their Patients.
