the dentist told me to come on monday, but what will happen? will i have to wait like another year before they come off? the band was broken for 5 days

i ate the hard bit of a baguette.. and the band on the right (that metal strip) has bent towards my teeth and like half of it went in my gums

I have nocked of 2 brackets. All they do is fix it. It won't delay in time to take of or anything. Don't worry. They'll fix it an dyou will be fine and your braces will come off on schadual and you'll have a baeutiful smile. Hopfully. Good luck and have a nice day!
Reply:They will fix it and you will be fine. The same thing happend to me when I had braces.
Reply:I think you are talking about the wire- It happened to me a few times as well. When it happened, I would just tuck it under the bottom part of the braces that attaches to your tooth. That keeps it from jutting out and scraping against your gum.





*And no, you won't have to wait an extra year to get your braces off. You teeth don't shift too much over that period of time
