IS IT COMMON = NO

DOES IT HAPPEN = AT TIMES

WHY DOES IT HAPPEN = TRAUMATIC EXTRACTIONS WHEN THE DENTIST IS TOO FORCEFUL AND APPLIES INCORRECT TECHNIQUE.

Reply:i don't really know about that, but it may be true. I went to a doctor's appointment because of jaw pain and he started asking me all these questions about when I got my tooth pulled last. Then he said something about my jaw joints.
Reply:yes. my moms a dentist and she said it is possible. but mostly for people with diseases in the teeth
Reply:yes it is possible to have your jawbone broken when getting a tooth pulled out and the reason why is that the tooth that is being extracted (pulled out) is a huge tooth or the roots on the tooth are huge and it is painful
Reply:Oh MY GOD!!! I came in here looking for a couple of things because I'm getting a back molar yanked tomorrow!! This is the 2ND scary bunch of responses I've read. Now I'm completely paranoid and I will make my endodontist promise not to break my jaw and he will think I'm nuts.
