Broken Zipper HELP!!!!!!!?

On my pauls boutique bag it has a metal teeth zipper. it is quite thick but it doesnt actually close when you move it along, it just goes through and stays open. i think it might be not tight enough or something cos it only works for the first centimetre of it so i think it is not properly broken. it is all together but not working HELP!!! X

This is hard to tell without actually seeing it but it sounds as though it should be replaced. Do you mean that you close it and it opens while you zip it? If so, it needs replacing. Take it to a repair shop or a seamstress. They'll be able to tell you exactly what is wrong. As far as I know, there is no way to fix it.





If it is new, I'd take it back to the store. You might also try writing the manufacturer--it could be the batch of zippers they bought are all defective and might even be subject to a recall.
Reply:a lot of people will put wax on it, my parent use to put candle wax on it. they rub the candle over it and it seen to work!
