I have nose pain, top to bottom. I also have numbness in front teeth. I was hit in the nose recently, again.?

I was hit 10 years ago, that hit loosened cartilage. I was hit again recently, causing pain throughout my nose. I now have numbness in my teeth and my nose is constantly filling up.





Could it be broken? A hairline fracture? Should I see a doc?

It could be broken...but usually your eyes blacken with a broken nose...(but not always). It's possible that the second hit deviated your septum, which is why your nose is always congested...and that requires professional attention. See an ENT specialist (Ear, Nose, Throat).
