Can babies get there cuspid teeth first?

My baby is not even 3 months and has white bumps on the bottom sides about where the cuspid teeth will be. Nothing is breaking through the skin but she has a whitish lump on both sides of her bottom gums.

Can babies get there cuspid teeth first?
I guess all things are possible, but I have never seen the cuspids erupt first. The whitish bump you see may be a small cyst that will resolve spontaneously, or possibly one of the lateral incisors.
Reply:A baby's teeth can come in in any order. There is no "set" order. It may be considered uncommon for a baby to get any tooth other than the front incisors first, but it's not unheard of, and it doesn't mean that anything is wrong.
Reply:sure they can. more often the two front bottom come in, but as long as they appear dont worry about it
Reply:They could be Epstein pearls which are harmless and will go away.
