Why do i grind my teeth?

i cant seemto stop grinding my teeth ,and they are all breaking


am i going crazy,is it normal

Why do i grind my teeth?
It's a response to anxiety. It happens. But, not to most people. Usually, grinding will only wear down enamel. If your teeth are breaking because of it, your case is severe. And, you probably want to see a dentist about getting a device to wear while you sleep.
