The glue broke off my tooth, and is there any way I can get it back on. My orthodontist is incredibly hostile.

DONT try to glue it back on yourself. your orthadontist uses special dental grade glue that is meant to stay attached to your teeth, but that also doesn't harm you. if you use any other kind of commercial glue it could damage your tooth, or, he might not be able to get the bracket off, or the bracket will just fall off again.
Make an appointment with your orthodontist, it happens all the time.
