Reply:lol spray paint.. hehe the thing that will make ur teeth white is just brushing them with crest and also flossing.. make sure that u get a toothpaste that has the whitening in it and that should help.. ;)

But be warned though, my teeth are now sensitive because of them, but it's not because of it taking off the enamel, it's more like on the tiny tubules something.. so I have to buy myself Sensodyne or Sooth Rx to brush my teeth.. then I could put on the whitestrips.
But I usually put on the whitestrips first before brushing. that's a must or else suffer what whitestrips will make you.
