The whole sid eof the tooth is not broken but it is broken. It doesn not reach the bottom nut i know sooner or later the nurves will be exposed. What do i do?
I have broken one of my bottom molars on the left side. I have no pain as yet but i am afraid.?
If the split in the tooth goes below the gum line the tooth will probably have to be pulled.
If it is cracked only above the gum line go to a dentist - you're going to need a crown.
DON'T wait. If you do you risk further damage to the tooth and quite possibly a nasty jaw infection.
Reply:I had several broken molars and I didn't pay any mind to them because they didn't hurt. Decaying teeth have a way of spreading their decay to the surrounding teeth. I ended up having to get seven molars pulled and get partial dentures. I also had an infection because I never went to the dentist to have it taken care of early.
Do yourself a favor, get your tooth treated at your earliest convenience.
Reply:Go to the dentist and get it taken care of asap!! Don't put it off until you actually get pain b/c then you'll regret it!!! Let the dentist recommend something for you!!
