Whitening teeth Q?

4 years ago I fell and broke my 2 front teeth, so the dentist filled my teeth in w/ who knows what. 2 yrs ago i got braces and im getting them off in a month. my teeth are naturally a bit yellow, so if i decided to get my teeth whitened, would my "fake" ones get whitened too?

Whitening teeth Q?
Any good dentist will know exactly what to do for you. They probably will whiten only your natural teeth so that they match your falsies. :-)

If you try at home whiten, the strips shouldnt affect your fake teeth so you would get pretty even results.
Reply:You have composites bonded to those front teeth and they won't change shade. If you lighten your teeth you will probably need to have the restorations changed to match the lighter shade.
Reply:No the ''fake''tooth put wont get whitened. When you get braces taken off i think they polish your teeth so just wait and see what happens when you get your braces off. Or whiten your teeth and get the fake tooth replaced with a new shade to match the rest of your teeth. Ask your dentist, he/she knows the best way to handle this. Good luck.
Reply:Here are many ways that you can whitening your teeth!

For home remedies.

Mix baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to form toothpaste. Brush the teeth regularly with this paste. It will remove all stains in a month.

Use bicarbonate of soda 5 minutes before brushing the teeth with normal toothpaste in the morning. This is a good home remedy for teeth whitening.

Rubbing the bark of walnut tree on the teeth helps in removing all stains from the teeth.

Strawberries are considered natural teeth whiteners. Rubbing the teeth with strawberries daily will remove all the stains.

If you would like a suggestion on tooth whitening gel, here's something for you!

Crest Night Effects Whitening Gel (about $18.00) allows you to remove stains while you sleep. The tooth whitening system has a fresh, wintergreen flavor. After fourteen days of sleeping with this product on your teeth, you will wake up to a vibrant smile. You should see results in two days, although there are reports of tooth whitening results in one night
